Step 1:
Collect the obligatory documents
Applicants who have already obtained a high school graduation diploma

Collect the following obligatory documents/certificates which should be uploaded onto the application platform of STEP 2
I.National ID card, passport, or other identification document
II.Graduation diploma
III. Final two high school (or equivalent institution) years’ academic transcripts, both in the original language and official translation in English
IV.It is also recommended to provide one of the following:
- International Baccalaureate (IB)
- French Baccalaureate (BAC)
- A – Levels
- Advanced Placements (APs)
- BSc cognate to pharmacy from an accredited institution

V.English language competency certificate (not required for English native speakers and for those who have a graduation diploma from a high school with the instruction in the English language)

VII. A brief personal statement, to outline your reasons for wishing to enroll in the program
VIII. Reference letters (optional) | Reference letters that have no letterhead, contact details of the referees as well as signature will not be considered and evaluated.
Please note that (I) – (V) should be certified/apostilled to proceed to step 2.
Applicants who are in the final high school grade

III. Statement of enrolment for the current year both in the original language and in English
IV.Current year’s most recent transcript of records, both in the original language and in English
V.At least one of the following:
- Predicted grades of International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Predicted grades of French Baccalaureate (BAC)
- Predicted grades of A Levels

Step 2:
Apply on the application platform
-Enter the application platform: https://cloud-solutions.anova.gr/MPHARMNKUA/
-Complete all required information carefully and upload all documentation and certificates described in STEP 1.
-After submitting your application, you will receive an automatic email with your Application ID and a summary of your application.
-In case you want to submit any other documents after your application was complete, go to page: https://cloud-solutions.anova.gr/MPHARMNKUA/SecondPhaseForm.php and read the instructions mentioned above
Step 3:
Notarization
-If you have not yet notarized your high school or/and pre-med, BSc transcripts (original ones and official translation into English) you must do so by having the Apostille attached to them, if your country is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention or by having them certified by a Hellenic Consulate or Embassy office in your country.

-Send them by email to mpharm@pharm.uoa.gr (mentioning your Application ID as subject). In case you are admitted to the Program you must bring the certified originals with you during your registration.
-If you are a last-year senior high school student, you might not have your diploma in hand yet. Still your most recent academic transcript as well as the previous school year’s academic transcript must be sent by your school to mpharm@pharm.uoa.gr mentioning your Application ID.
Step 4:
Potential interview
If you are eligible for admission, you may be invited to an interview via online video conference after the deadline of applications.
NB: the applicant is fully responsible to check her/his email account (also check “trash” folder) for updates on her/his application and not expect phone calls.
Step 5:
Notification of acceptance
An admission letter (conditional or not) will be sent to you if you have successfully passed the interview. To secure a place in the program you will need to proceed with paying the amount of 3,000€, within the deadline set in the admission letter.
Step 6:
Pay the tuition Fees
You will receive instructions on how to pay the amount of 3,000€ to the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Please be informed that the amount of 3,000€ is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the total tuition fees amount of 9,000€. A receipt will be sent to you as soon as the University financial authorities have traced the money of the deposit.
Other information once you have been admitted
Health insurance
You should have arranged for private health insurance, covering your stay in Greece during your studies before you can enroll in the program.
In case you need assistance, our Admission Office can help you with this process.
Visa Application
No visa is required for studies in Greece if you possess a valid passport from any EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland. Applicants from countries outside the Schengen zone need a student visa.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will have to apply for a long-stay student national visa (Type of Visa: National-D, Category “D.1.1 Studies”) by the Hellenic Embassy or Consular authority in your country. Visit https://www.mfa.gr/en/visas for further information.
We strongly encourage you to submit, as soon as possible, a complete application, in case you are interested in the integrated master in Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
